The Library Bar

Once the study of the Thiers Foundation, the Library Bar displays its intellectual past. They are still there, the thousands of old volumes, the winding staircase and the coffered ceiling. Laura Gonzalez has preserved the iconic room and softened its edges with a gentle touch.

It is the ideal spot to meet for coffee or a meal, and to taste the wide selection of spirits and the delicious cocktails of our team.

Every weekend, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., we invite you to enjoy an exceptional Tea Time, created by our Pastry Chef Coline Doussin. This gourmet experience offers a refined selection of sweet and savory creations, accompanied by a selection of beverages. Discover classics reimagined with originality and elegance: a lobster roll, served with a pre-dessert featuring garden herbs and Nice lemon, a Colombian chocolate ice cream cookie, a strawberry charlotte with country bread, a Saint Honoré with toasted vanilla and salted butter caramel, a Nonville rhubarb chausson to share, or a hazelnut flan from Lot-et-Garonne.
