The Library Bar

Once the study of the Thiers Foundation, the Library Bar displays its intellectual past. They are still there, the thousands of old volumes, the winding staircase and the coffered ceiling. Laura Gonzalez has preserved the iconic room and softened its edges with a gentle touch.

It is the ideal spot to meet for coffee or a meal, and to taste the wide selection of spirits and the delicious cocktails of our team.

Every weekend, from 3:30PM to 5:30PM, we invite you to enjoy an exclusive Tea Time, conceived by our Pastry Chef Coline Doussin. This gourmet moment offers a refined selection of sweet and savory creations, along with a homemade vanilla hot chocolate. Discover classics revisited with originality and elegance : a mimosa & caviar Club Sandwich, accompanied by a yellow lemon from Nice sorbet, a lemon balm vacherin with black fruits, an entremets with fig and fig tree leaves, a Saint-Honoré with grilled vanilla from Madagascar and caramel, a pecan nut pastry to share and an iced chocolate cookie.

"Fraise" : A refreshing cocktail with character, mixing srawberry's sweetness with tarragon's aniseed.

"Rose" : A cool floral wind based on rhubarb & rose flavors in addition of a light sparkling.

"Figue" : A sophisticated cocktail that harmoniously blends the velvety sweetness of fig with the refreshing brightness of lemon leaves and the delicate floral touch of jasmine.
