The Library Bar
Once the study of the Thiers Foundation, the Library Bar displays its intellectual past. They are still there, the thousands of old volumes, the winding staircase and the coffered ceiling. Laura Gonzalez has preserved the iconic room and softened its edges with a gentle touch.
It is the ideal spot to meet for coffee or a meal, and to taste the wide selection of spirits and the delicious cocktails of our team.

"Sapin" : This cocktails combines freshness and strenght, with a vegetal aromatic nuance, evocative of winter nature.
"Poireau" : The vegetal notes of leek blend with the acidity of apple and the subtlety of saffron for a unique and original pairing.
"Agrumes" : A rebirth of the Maï Taï, mixing rum's subtility, citrus's vivacity and Mexican orange tree's sweetness.
