The Bar-Library
Once the study of the Thiers Foundation, the Bar-Library displays its intellectual past. They are still there, the thousands of old volumes, the winding staircase and the coffered ceiling. Laura Gonzalez has preserved the iconic room and softened its edges with a gentle touch.
It is the ideal spot to meet for coffee or a meal, and to taste the wide selection of spirits and the delicious cocktails of our team.
Tea time
Every weekend, from 3.30pm to 5pm, we invite you to enjoy an exclusive Tea Time, conceived by our Pastry Chef Coline Doussin. This gourmet moment offers a refined selection of sweet and savory creations, along with hot beverages. Discover classics revisited with originality and elegance : a Club Sandwich with a jasmine green tea and Williams pear sorbet, a Brioche inspired by Maritozzo, a crispy Saint-Honoré with Madagascar vanilla, toasted and caramelized, or a Pavlova with fresh candied citrus fruit.
