During the summer days, the Saint James Paris offers an alternative summer menu in the gardens, where dishes are prepared in front of the guests. The Terrace is set under the majestic, Versailles-green gazebo imagined like an extension of a garden "à la française".
Every weekend, from 3:30pm to 5pm, we invite you to enjoy an exclusive Tea Time, conceived by our Pastry Chef Coline Doussin. This gourmet moment offers a refined selection of sweet and savory creations, along with fresh beverages. Discover classics revisited with originality and elegance : a mimosa & caviar Club Sandwich, accompanied by a yellow lemon from Nice sorbet, a tart with rhubarb from Nonville, an entremets with peanut from Gironde, a Saint-Honoré with grilled vanilla from Madagascar and caramel, a strawberry shortcake to share and an iced chocolate cookie.
