From Monday, August 5th to Friday, August 16th, our Chef Adrien Brunet offers for lunch and dinner, the bar menu with daily specials such as a grilled “Tomahawk” rib of beef with a choice of garnish.
This original cut has been designed to protect the meat from any aggression during cooking because it is handled with the bone. With its length of bone, it brilliantly illustrates the North American Indian axe.
